So Worth Loving

Hey Lovers!

What do you do when you start to feel unworthy? Unlovable?

What do you tell yourself?

How can we inspire others to see the beauty and worth that they have?

I am a collegiate golfer and for those who don’t know…this little game is 90% mental.  No, I don’t mean mental as in CRAZY! I mean mental as in- they literally developed a branch of psychology just for golf.  Intense…I know.  Having met with many sports psychologists, I noticed that each one had a resounding theme: Positivity.  Generally, bad thoughts tear down your golf game.  One bad thought can ruin a round!! Ironically, negative thoughts tear down your self- esteem too! So my challenge for you today is to take every negative thought you have & replace it with 5 positive thoughts! Think this sounds bonkers?? Demi Lovato, famous singer and actress, checked herself in to rehab due to an eating disorder, self-mutilation, and exhaustion. Now, healthy and happier than ever, she does affirmations every day! She wakes up in the morning and says, “You are beautifully & wonderfully made!” She doesn’t let her negative thoughts take her down or control her! Instead, she lets positive thoughts take over!!!
